What is your shipping policy?
We're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes We ship exclusively with UPS. Domestic shipments take between 5-7 business days once shipped. All packages ship with delivery confirmation, and while tracking information is provided, it does not always reflect the current status or location of the package. We strive to always ship within 5-7 business days. Orders ship Monday-Friday, except major holidays. Once package is passed to the carrier (UPS), The Essencials, LLC cannot take responsibility for the package if it's missing/lost or damage/ broken. If damaged or lost buyer should contact UPS and file a claim online.
